NBC The Voice Season 12 Carson Daly, Coaches Adam Levine, Alicia Keys, Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani Interview. Sneak Peek of The Voice Season 12 Blind Auditions.

Written by IG @gwenandblake Co-Admin T

NBC The Voice Season 12 will be premiering February 27th and the countdown begins, because it will be the most EPIC season ever! Not only is Gwen Stefani back as a coach…but we can’t wait to see her go head to head against her Boo, Blake Shelton…which Adam Levine calls “fights with cupcakes and pillows.” Carson Daly says that Gwen and Blakes relationship plays out in the show and it’s not something that is “taboo.” How sweet!

It’s going to be exciting to see the amazing dynamic between all 4 coaches and having 2 female coaches brings a sense of “girl power,” where Alicia Keys and Gwen Stefani have each other’s backs, even if they are trying to get the same contestant. Along with the newfound “girl power,” (that was also there in season 11 when Miley Cyrus was a coach) there is a sense of nurturing when it comes to the contestants and on set. Being moms, it brings a different vibe than the Blake and Adam antics! There’s definitely a lot of LOVE from the coaches, which is why the tag line this season is “FEEL THE LOVE.” It’s perfect and we can’t wait!

Even though the coaches all love each other, they’re in a competition to find a contestant and win the show! Blake says he will help Adam if there was a Skaa singer that would be a contestant that Gwen would most likely get, but it’s about winning at the end of the day. However, the coaches have fun on set and love being a part of The Voice. All the coaches said that they want to help these contestants by sharing their gifts as well as their knowledge of music and in turn, those contestants inspire them!

Each of the interviews mainly talk about how the show is “real” and that it’s not scripted, which makes viewers at home relate to the show even more! Watch the interviews with Adam Levine, Alicia Keys, Blake Shelton, Carson Daly and Gwen Stefani. There is also another video that gives you a sneak peek into the blind auditions. Don’t worry if you don’t hear anything in the first video. There isn’t any sound because the contestants cannot be heard yet, but there is some cheering that goes on when the coaches greet each other before sitting in their chairs. Have a look below! These videos were posted earlier tonight February 2nd 2017.

The 2 videos below are from Entertainment Tonight and posted a couple of days ago, January 31st 2017

Here is the most recent promo from NBC The Voice, below:

Blake Shelton Sits Down with Chelsea Handler on Her New Netflix Show “Chelsea” and Opens up About His Album “If I’m Honest” which is a Timeline of His Life. Watch the Preview of the New Episode on “Chelsea” and Hear How Happy He Is and that His Relationship with Gwen Stefani “Is Meant To Be”

Here is a preview for the next episode on “Chelsea” which can be watched on Netflix. The episode will stream Thursday July 7th at midnight, so if you want to stay up late to watch Blake Shelton talk about his album…which is about the timeline of his real life over the last year or so, to include his divorce, finding a co-worker/friend (Gwen Stefani) going through the same exact thing at the same exact time, and then quickly becoming the couple we all know and love! Blake has been on Chelsea’s previous talk shows in the past and thinks she’s hilarious, so this will be a fun interview to see!

Blake tells Chelsea that everything that has happened with him and Gwen Stefani, “was meant to be.” In fact, he said that he was nervous talking about his relationship with Gwen but Chelsea chimed in that maybe he was afraid to jinx it (the relationship). However, when Chelses asked if this is the happiest he’s ever been, Blake replied without hesitation “There’s absolutely no question about that!”

To see the whole episode of Blake Shelton’s interview with Chelsea Handler on her new Netflix Talk Show, it will be available at midnight! Don’t worry if you can’t watch it then because the amazing thing about Chelsea’s new Netflix show is that you can watch the episodes at any time once they stream and you can rewatch them at anytime! That means you can go back and rewatch Gwen’s episode after Blake’s! For those who don’t have Netflix, we will try to see if there is a YouTube version but it probably won’t be out right away or if at all, but we will keep you posted if it goes on YouTube!

These pics are from Chelsea’s Snapchat from a couple of weeks ago when they did the taping of the episode and a tweet from Blake from the same day! The humor between Chelsea and Blake is going to be amazing!!

Gwen Stefani Chats with Race Taylor from 95.5 PLJ about so many things! First she answers questions from fans that were tweeted to 99.5 PLJ (in NY) when they tweeted that Gwen Stefani would be doing an interview today! Gwen talks about how she’s looking forward to her tour and can’t wait to feel the love from her fans. When asked if she’s a city girl or a country girl, she says, because she is from Anaheim, that would make her a city girl. However, she loves all cultures and says she would consider herself to be both city and country…as we have seen in many snapchats/IG/Twitter pics and videos. When talking about the “Misery” video and how it came about, she says that the shoot took about 2 days to do and was done at an old abandoned Sears building in Los Angeles. Gwen says she was shocked by the response for the “Misery” video, which she of course had fun doing because she got to dress up and be Barbie! With her love for fashion, she wanted the traditional video be about the things she loves, and the many outfits with different makeup/hair looks….was exactly what she wanted to do. Gwen wasn’t thinking about the success of the video and it paid off, because it is a huge hit! She also talks about the dancers and says that two out of the three dancers in the video are from Jamaica and the they came up with the choreography that same day of the shoot! Wow! How amazing! A fan wanted to know the timeline of “Misery” and her duet “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” with boyfriend Blake Shelton, that’s on his new album “If I’m Honest.” Gwen says that “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” came before “Misery” but “Make Me Like You” was right before “Misery” and didn’t take very long to write, as we have heard her talk about in previous interviews. There’s plenty more in the interview, so Enjoy the interview below! (June 2nd)

Gwen Stefani on the Jack Diamond Morning Show mix 107.3 and she talks about promoting her tour and so much more! They discuss that Entertainment Weekly named “This is What the Truth Feels Like” in the top 25 Summer Albums and the album is at #11! Gwen talks about how her parents style of music which consisted of Folk music, Blue Grass and more, which influenced Gwen to have a variety of different music her whole life. The very fisrt concert her parents took her to was Emmy Lou Harris who is a huge country icon! (June 2nd)

Gwen chats with HOT 95.5 Toby Knapp about how much of a role model she is for women of all ages, her boys, dealing with the paparazzi, going on tour with her sons and so much more in this candid interview!
Gwen first gets a sweet and flattering comment about how she is a role model for Toby’s young daughter. With all that Gwen has gone through this last year, she turned something negative into something positive and shared it with the world. It sends a positive message to all women and girls of all ages to know that they too can overcome obstacles and come out on top. A lot of what Gwen did to overcome her hardships, was to turn to faith and use her gift to write music to heal her. Gwen is an amazing person and on top of being a super star, she’s a mother of 3 boys!
The boys will join her on tour and they will be able to see the country! They will experience different cultures and go to places for fun and to learn about historical places, like the White House! Along with being a famous mother, comes the paparazzi and although she is grateful and blessed for the life she has, there are times when the paparazzi are too much. That’s when she goes “Mama Bear” on them to ensure that her kids are safe and able to run around like boys! (June 1st)

Gwen talks to Tommy from 94.7 Fresh FM in an upcoming interview and Gwen debunked the rumor that she was engaged to boyfriend Blake Shelton. “Can you imagine the amount of gossipy stories that people make up? It makes me laugh everyday. I actually do Google my name just so that I can see the next one that’s going to happen. It’s gotten so out of control. The best part about it is that it’s so hilarious; the worst part about it is that people actually believe it. That’s whats funny.”

When asked if there are plans in the future, Gwen responded with a giggly laugh, “Let’s just take it one day at a time. Everything’s crazy right now so no, absolutely not.” That system doesn’t mean it won’t ever happen, but at this time…it’s just not what they are thinking about. We can all agree though, that both Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are very much in love and are doing whatever they can to make time for each other in their busy schedules. The support they have for each other is admirable and for two celebrities who are the most normal, down to earth, humble and caring people…it’s no wonder why they are such a lovable couple. They know how to compromise and make their relationship work because they are so in love with each other…I mean…listen to their albums. ***sigh*** We can’t get enough of this beautiful couple that has stolen our hearts ❤️ (June 2nd)

Also, not mentioned in this article, but the ring that’s been in question for the past few months, is possibly the ring that was mentioned by Gwen in Entertainment Weekly. Gwen and her good friend and video director, Sophie Muller, have celebrated their 20th anniversary of being friends! Their gifts to each other were rings, so it very possible that the ring that Gwen has been wearing, might be the ring that Sophie gave her. Even though Gwen said that her and Blake aren’t engaged, it doesn’t mean they won’t ever get married. They both have so much going on but it’s obvious that they are so in love and head over heels for each other! They are such a beautiful couple, and as fans, we should enjoy the moments that they have and be happy that they are finally talking about their relationship openly! We will keep you updated on anymore interviews and will have a blog post about the new “Misery” video and so much more!

iHeartRadio Concert Set List:
1. “Honey Bee”

2. “Came Here to Forget” from If I’m Honest

3. “Sangria”

4. “Friends”

5. “She’s Got a Way With Words” from If I’m Honest

6. “Austin”

7. “Boys ‘Round Here”

8. “Mine Would Be You”

9. “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” from If I’m Honest

10. “Savior’s Shadow” from If I’m Honest

11. “Put Some Drive in Your Country”

1. On making this album:
“I say this every time — because you have to feel this way, I think, if you’re going to make a record — but you have to feel like it’s the best you can do and that’s how I feel. The only reason I feel any of my albums are ever finished is because Warner Bros. is like, ‘Hey! we actually have to start printing them now so give us the music!’ Otherwise, we would just keep recording.”

2. The story behind the album title If I’m Honest:
“I just want to tell the truth about what happened,” Shelton explained.
“I was like, I need a title that represents a timeline, like 12, 13 months of my life. Like if somebody just took those months and wrote a story about it, that’s what I want the album to represent … Gwen had her record, ‘This Is What the Truth Feels Like,’ and I had a similar [working] title, ‘What If I Tell the Truth.’ So I was like, I can’t use the word ‘truth’ now…” This inspired him to call the album, “If I’m Honest.” He’s calling it like he sees it, and being … well… honest.

3. The writing process behind “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” With Gwen Stefani:
“Gwen and I wrote a song together — actually the only song we’ve ever written together, sadly. We need to write more songs together I think. We wrote this song towards the end of last year at some point. Actually, I only started this song to impress [Gwen]. I wrote the first half of the song and then she wrote the other half.”

4. On being open with his personal life:
Blake told Cody Alan at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. “[country music] lends itself to emotions and things that you go through when you go through a divorce and, more so, the getting over that and moving on and finding someone else.” Shelton previously insisted that the album wouldn’t include any “juicy details” about his big breakup, but everything in the album is an honest look into what he felt over the last year. In the most recent interview with Bobby Bones, Shelton joked that his life was already in the media and papers “I figured since everybody else is cashing in on my life, I might as well get some of that, too!”

5. On finding time to record new music:
“Here’s the truth: Most of the last four albums including a Christmas album I did — and when I say most, I want to say 90 percent of those records, the vocal part — were done in some room, in some house that I have rented in Los Angeles because I’m out here doing [The Voice] a lot.”

INTERVIEW: Bobby Bones talks to Blake Shelton about “If I’m Honest”
Posted May 13th, 2016 by Nicole Mastrogiannis via iHeartRadio

Bobby Bones recently caught up with Blake for an exclusive interview where he opened up about the new record.

“If I’m Honest” is the follow-up to 2014’s Bringing Back the Sunshine, and features 15 new songs including a duet with girlfriend Gwen Stefani called “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” a collaboration with The Oak Ridge Boys called “Doing It To Country Songs,” “Friends” (his contribution to The Angry Birds Movie), as well as the latest single “Savior’s Shadow.” The album was produced by long running producer to Blake, Scott Hendricks and contains over 50 minutes of amazing country music.

The star from Ada, Oklahoma kicked off If I’m Honest with the album’s lead single “Came Here To Forget,” which iHeartRadio premiered on March 8th. The song hit the number 2 spot on the US Hot Country Songs chart and number 1 on the Country Digital Song chart with 53,000 digital copies sold in the first week. Blake explained to iHeartRadio that although he didn’t write the song himself, one of the writers of the track (Craig Wiseman) was tasked with writing a song for Blake about all that was happening in his personal life at the beginning of his relationship with Gwen.

On the meaning behind “Came Here To Forget”
“‘Came Here to Forget’ is a song that I absolutely fell in love with the first time I heard it. Craig Wiseman and Deric Ruttan actually wrote the song, and I didn’t realize it but Craig Wiseman was kind of given the task to write a song for me about what had happened to me. And basically about how things went down. I had my personal life, and when I first started seeing Gwen, it’s kind of all in there really. The only difference is we didn’t actually meet up at a bar, it would have been kind of hard to keep that on the down low.”

Speaking of personal songs, Blake calls his duet with Gwen one of the most personal songs to him on If I’m Honest, aside from “Savior’s Shadow” which was written with Jessi Alexander and songwriter husband, Jon Randall. (Jessi also helped write “Friends”) He says that these two are the most personal because he co-wrote both of them. Blake explains that he didn’t write many of the songs on the album, but he did co-write these two.

On the most personal song on “If I’m Honest”
“It’s gotta be either ‘Savior’s Shadow’ or ‘Go Ahead and ‘Break My Heart,’ because I co-wrote the songs, and I don’t write as much as a lot of artists do. Because I don’t have 2 things: I don’t have as much confidence in my writing as maybe I should, or maybe I have just enough, maybe I’m smart about it, but when it comes to making a record, I want to make the best record I humanly, possibly can. And I know that just having my name on a song as a writer is not the smartest way to make the best record that I can make, and so I don’t write a lot, but I don’t put them on my records as much because I’ll hear a song come rolling in by whoever it may be, and I’ll go, ‘Man, they wrote that idea way better than I did. I’m recording that one.'”

On the meaning behind his album title “If I’m Honest”
“I think when my fans hear this new album for the first time, they’re going to realize that it’s been a crazy, crazy past twelve or thirteen months for me. If you’d have told me a year ago the changes that would have happened in my life, I would have called you a liar. And I think the surprise element, the ups and the downs, they’re all in this record if you listen to it. And that’s why I’m calling it, ‘If I’m Honest,’ because I’m just telling it how I see it.”

Well, honesty is definitely what Blake was going for. When making “If I’m Honest,” he had planned exactly how he wanted to create the album, and followed through with his ideas — which is what he is most proud of.

On what he is most proud of creating “If I’m Honest”
“Once it came time to make the record, that I kinda had a plan of how I wanted to do it, and I stuck to my guns and I followed through with it. If the record falls on its face or whatever ends up happening, I got it done, how I wanted to do it, and I’m proud of it.”

Bobby Spends Time With Blake Shelton In LA

Bobby flew to LA to host a special iHeartRadio album release show with Blake Shelton. Below is a podcast and the two had lots to talk about:

Even though they both went through heartbreak at the same time, they found love within each other. It just happened to be at the right time….you can tell that both Blake and Gwen are so in love and support each other in all their ventures! Recently Gwen did a few interviews this past weekend at the Wango Tango event and was giddy as could be….just like her boyfriend Blake was in his recent interviews! We just can’t get enough of these two!
